Our Philosophy
Montessori is a method of education that is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning, and collaborative play. It's helpful for conceptual purposes to think of teachers as conductors of an intricate orchestra of students and young minds, making learning a fun and memorable experience for the children.
The Montessori method, essentially divides up the curriculum into five more focused genres;
Math
Language
Practical life
Science
Sensorial
Teachers guide their students through a prepared environment, which is the classroom. With lessons and activities, we ensure to develop interest or curiosity in the child’s mind. Integrated use of toys, and games add to the learning experience where they evolve and learn new skills and concepts.
As a result, they learn exponentially quicker, prior and more efficiently than by traditional methods.
Montessori Method History
The method was developed by Dr. Maria Montessori, an Italian Doctor of Medicine that looked at education from a scientific level, who designed materials and techniques that promote a natural growth of students' learning.
